Sideload apps on Mi TV Stick & Fire TV Stick (4K)

Make sure your smartphone and TV Stick are on the same Wifi.

Let's start the process:

- For Mi TV Stick follow these steps:

  1. Install Send Files to TV app
  2. Install File commander app
  3. Send the Apk to Send Files to TV app
  4. Open File commander
  5. Go to downloads and Install the apk

- For Fire TV Stick follow these steps:

  1. On any Android device, install apps2fire from Google Play. Make sure it’s the one developed by Koni, as there are some copycats.
  2. On the same device, search for the app you want to install on your Fire TV. Install it as normal.
  3. Run apps2fire and let it create a list of your local installs.
  4. When the scan is complete, slide the menu left and tap Setup.
  5. On your Fire TV, go to Settings > About – Network and write down the IP address on the right.
  6. In apps2fire, enter your Fire TV’s IP address from the above step, then tap “Save”. You may also need to tap “Search Fire TVs” just below that.
  7. Go to the Local Apps tab and scroll down to the app you want to install on Fire TV.
  8. Tap the app, then select “Install” when the window opens.
  9. After a moment, the app will upload to your Fire TV and automatically install. This can take a few minutes depending on the app’s size and the speed of your internet connection.
  10. Run the app on Fire TV.
